I have been successfully selling real estate all over the North Shore

of Massachusetts for 24 years.  During that time I have had the

great fortune of working with thousands of people and I have

SOLD over 1200 homes.

I have had the pleasure of concentrating my skills in Ipswich, Newbury, Topsfield, Hamilton, and Wenham, but I often receive calls from Sellers in Andover, Amesbury, Beverly, Peabody and beyond.  I love a challenge! During the late 1980's and early 1990's, I specialized in foreclosures and short sales.

I concentrate on doing one thing and doing it very well.  I sell listings.  If you want to SELL your home, I am the one to call.

People sell their homes for a myriad of reasons and I enjoy working with all Sellers.  However, I particularly enjoy working with Senior Citizens, Divorcing Couples, Short Sales, and Equestrian Properties.    However, I also accept "regular" listings with gusto.

In this market, sometimes more than one stressful situation is at work.  My mission is to provide these folks with the extra compassion and attention they deserve during these challenging times.  For all Sellers, their lives are about to change dramatically and often an understanding, trusted advisor, like me, can help to provide the support they need to make a successful transition.
